From tankinis, grass effect bikinis and halter-tops in one piece, long shirts and ankle covers, women took care to dress and look glamorous by the pool or the beach.

Today, there are all the swimsuit to flatter body type and aesthetic taste. Heavier women or those with wide hips, must remain with bright colors and avoid busy prints. Halter-neck tops and high swimwear are also a good option, but high-cut legs should be avoided at all costs because they tend to emphasize the hips.
